New Employee Handbook Onboarding

This onboarding program gives new Recovery Health staff a clear, practical introduction to the employee handbook and the expectations that support safe, respectful, person-centered care. Employees will review the handbook, watch an orientation video, and learn the procedures for workplace conduct, reporting concerns, client safety, confidentiality, timekeeping, scheduling, and professional standards. Each section includes a short knowledge check, ending with a handbook acknowledgment to confirm completion and understanding.
