Our Mental Health Therapist are licensed with the State of MN or they are a clinical trainee working toward licensure and have oversight of a licensed professional. They have experience working with individuals with mental health challenges and will work with you weekly one-on-one, either in your home, telemedicine or at our Brooklyn Park office.

People will seek out therapy to help them cope with anxiety, depression, past trauma and the like. By talking with a therapist, you will learn new ways to manage your symptoms associated with mental illness. Our therapist will work with you to create a treatment plan that fits your needs.

ADULT REHABILITATIVE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES (ARMHS)
Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Servies (ARMHS) is a program to help patients who have a mental illness function independently in their homes or places of residence. Services are provided in three areas: Basic Living and Social Skills, Community Intervention and Transitioning to Community Living.

All of our ARMHS specialists are Mental Health Practioners. This means that they have a four year degree in “mental health” and they have at least two years of experience working with the mentally ill population.

All of our ARMHS specialists are given monthly training by our licensed clinical supervisor and are properly vetted and criminal background checked through the State of MN prior to working.
ARMHS PROGRAM DETAILS
ARMHS is a program for individuals who have a mental health diagnosis and are on Medical Assistance or a Prepaid Medical Assistance Product (Insurance).
MENTAL HEALTH PEER
Within the ARMHS program, you can, in addition to your ARMHS Specialist, have a mental health peer. This peer is someone that also has a mental illness diagnosis and has been through the State of MN certification program.
This person is here to support you through your challenges with your mental health as they have had firsthand experience with mental illness themselves. The idea is that they know where you are coming from and can best support you weekly through visits with you in your home or out in the community
