Our 90-day program is meticulously crafted to aid in the formation of these routines, ensuring stability and continuity. Sessions are held consistently on the same days and at the same times throughout the entire program duration. With various groups available, feel free to reach out to inquire about the specific schedules that suit your needs and preferences.

Comprehensive Treatment: Our program offers a comprehensive approach to treating substance use disorder, incorporating evidence-based therapies, psychoeducation, and skill-building exercises to address the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of addiction.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?Clients ages 18 or older Clients who have received a recent diagnostic assessment by a qualified mental health professional that indicates ARMHS services are medically necessary Clients who have substantial disability and functional impairment in three or more areas, thus markedly reducing self-sufficiency Clients who have the cognitive capacity to engage in and benefit from rehabilitative services techniques and methods Clients who have Medical Assistance or a Prepaid Medical Assistance Product (contact, HHHC intake at 763-425-5959 for eligibility)

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?Our team will meet with you in your home or other community settings We can transport you to medical appointments and out into the community An ARMHS practitioner will meet with you at least once a week for a minimum of two hours per week, up to 5 hours per week. If you have an urgent or intense need: you could be assessed for up to 10-15 hours per week (this isn’t intended for long term) You will continue to work with your ARMHS practitioner until your goals are met Our team of providers will work with your family and/or care team while you receive services from us, if requested

BASIC LIVING SKILLS, ARMHS PROVIDES:Managing the symptoms of mental illness, finding providers, taking clients to appointments Support in other areas of your life, such as: Managing a household Planning for employment Pursuing education Going to the food shelf or getting needed items in their home Helping with understanding bills and benefits so there isn’t any relapse in services Connecting and helping decrease isolation Preventing relapse Budgeting and shopping Developing a healthy lifestyle, including sleep and healthy meal planning Learning to get around the community, we can transport and also set up medical and Metro Mobility Monitoring use and effectiveness of medications, getting them connected with in-home providers Services provided individually or in groups focus on educating clients about mental illness and symptoms; the role and effects of medications in treating symptoms of mental illness; and the side effects of medications (psychoeducational)

TRANSITION TO COMMUNITY LIVING, ARMHS CAN:Help with re-entering into community living after treatment, acute settings or hospital. ARMHS can go into these facilities to help you in transition.

COMMUNITY INTERVENTION, ARMHS CAN:Communicate opinions, thoughts and feelings, or key information with others Discover and use community resources to get needs met Get outside help to deal with a difficult situation, finding areas of joy, purpose and meaning
